Design Approach
- Conduct a UX audit
- Discuss user pain points with client
- Discuss additional features
UX audit
Conducting a UX audit gave us a lot of insights on existing issues within the app and smaller fixes that would immediately improve the overall experience in the app. This meant we could make changes and test the app with users without needing to start with research.
User pain points
The founders of GetOnSite work closely with their users and provided great insights on what their user frustrations are and what their users expect.
Feature requests
The founders working closely with users had a few frustrations of their own while working with their users. We decided to fix these as well during this redesign.
UX Audit
The UX audit revealed several key areas for improvement, including accessibility, user flows, and adherence to design principles. These insights provided a clear roadmap for optimizing the user experience.

User pain points
Some problems users faced were to do with unclear and un-intuative navigation. This often resulted in the founders gettting on a phone call with their users and working together to setup their users inductions.

Feature requests
Users on a phone call would often find it hard to communicate where exactly they are facing a problem in setting up their inductions and giving account access to the client. The client wanted an easy way to access their users dashboard.
